Our ingredients each have an essential function to guarantee effectiveness, safety and pleasure of use. Our recipe:

• Pharmaceutical grade purified water .

• Oils

• plants selected for their richness in specific fatty acids essential to the skin. For example: avocado, sunflower, rosehip, jojoba, pomegranate oil.

• Active ingredients developed by Expanscience Laboratories from responsible plant sectors , respectful of humans and the environment, placed under the control of Union for Ethical Bio-commerce. For example: avocado perseose present in almost all Mustela baby-child products, schizandra in our products for very sensitive skin, sunflower oleodistillate for atopic-prone skin, maracuja extracts present in our maternity range.

• Emulsifiers to make it possible to mix oils and water.

• Consistency agents , to thicken the formula, for example: vegetable waxes or butter. Or a gelling agent, for example: gums of natural origin (xanthan gum). We can also use synthetic polymers whose quality and tolerance are guaranteed.

• Texture ingredients to achieve an ultra-soft touch, for example: vegetable glycerin, glyceryl oleate (derived from olive oil).

• Anti-oxidant , to preserve the properties of oils and the product, for example: tocopherol, vitamin E.

• Conservation system , we exclusively use preservatives authorized by the Cosmebio label (Cosmos standard), such as sorbic acid or potassium sorbate. For example, we do not use the following preservatives: parabens, phenoxyethanol, triclosan or MIT/MCIT.

• And for scented products, the alcohol-free Mustela Perfume , with proven tolerance on babies, children and pregnant women.
